The only difference is when you install it on 64Bit it will install into Program Files (x86)Java If you are on Windows XP once you have Right clicked My computer — Properties you will need to click on the “Advanced” tab to see Environment Variables. If you have the same problem with RSbot, or this error with another Java application this will probably be the fix for it. If you are trying to compile with things suck as RSbot or an RSPS then instead of downloading JRE download JDK from https://java.com/en/download/ And find the install destination from that after installed, and use that as the Variable path.
